Residue and feed monitoring: You have had a data record reset to correct a data entry. Once the correction has been made, a message appears again when you try to close the data record, indicating that the data record is blocked. What is the reason for this?
If a data record has to be reset due to incorrect entries in the QS database, you must close it again in the database within three working days after resetting or retransferring it to the laboratory. Otherwise, the data record will be locked again and will be subject to a charge.
