Consumer Dispute Resolution
The online dispute resolution platform established by the EU Commission for the resolution of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online contracts (OS platform, accessible at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) will no longer accept new complaints from March 20, 2025, and will be completely discontinued by July 20, 2025. We are not willing and not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
