The daily eligibility of delivery of scheme participants, such as livestock transporters, feed suppliers or mobile feed milling and mixing plants, can be checked via the internal search for scheme participants and via the public scheme participant search.

The easiest and most comfortable way to check is the recipient and supplier list. To do this, you have to login to the QS database with your login data. Under the tab Master data, you can create such a list for all your recipients and suppliers. This allows you to check the eligibility of delivery of your recipients and suppliers quickly and easily. Furthermore, you get daily information via e-mail if an eligibility of changes.

In addition, you can also use the internal search for locations. This search function can also be found under the tab Master data in the QS database. Here, the scheme participants can be requested by the QS ID and the location number. Livestock transport companies can also be searched by name, city and postal code.

No login is required when requesting via the public scheme participant search. Here, the respective stage of the scheme participant must be specified. In the following mask, the eligibility of delivery can be checked, for example via the QS ID or location number.

You can also check the eligibility of your own locations in the QS database as well as via the public search function.

To login to the QS database, you need our individual login data. You will receive these from your coordinator. Via this login you not only get access to your location in the QS database, but also to your data in the monitoring databases (salmonella, antibiotics monitoring and diagnostic data).

If you have forgotten your password or your login does not work for other reasons, please request a new password via the button Forgot your password?. Alternatively, you can also contact your coordinator and ask him for a new password.

The participation of livestock owners in the QS Scheme is organised by so-called coordinators. The current list of coordinators can among others be found under this link. Which coordinator you choose is up to you.

You sign a declaration of participation and power of attorney with your coordinator: this is the contractual basis of QS participation. Your coordinator will then take care of the next steps for the QS certification: he registers you in the QS database, clarifies the participation in the monitoring programmes and organises the audits. After the passed audit has been released, you are eligible to deliver in the QS Scheme.

Coordinators are the first contact persons for all livestock owners. They are the connection between you and QS. If you have any questions about the QS Scheme and QS requirements, please contact your coordinator. He will also provide you with information on the costs of the scheme participation and auditing.

Companies (e.g. consulting organisations, producer associations, abattoirs) as well as single persons can act as coordinators. You can find the current coordinators list e.g. under this link.

You can find your personal coordinator, for example, in your declaration of participation and power of attorney or you can check the QS database (login necessary).
