FAQ - Use of the QS app

With the QS self-inspection app, livestock farmers and producers of fruit, vegetables and potatoes can complete and process the mandatory company self-inspection in the QS scheme digitally on their PC, smartphone or tablet. The checklist is available free of charge on the web, in the Apple Store and in the Google Playstore.

QS livestock farmers and producers receive their access data for the app from their coordinator. These are the same access data as for the QS database. If a user has forgotten their access data, they can contact their coordinator.

Completed checklists can be shared as a PDF file with the coordinator or the responsible certification body. The Share function makes the self-audit checklist visible in the QS database for the selected recipients in the location. There is no active notification to the coordinator or certification body. Alternatively, the checklist can also be sent as a PDF to any e-mail address.
