The new issue of the QS-Report Meat and Meat Products has been published hot off the press and can now be read and downloaded in the media catalogue of the QS website.
For the joint project PPP-Info’s
with the University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover and the BALVI GmbH, QS prepared and contributed data from the monitoring programs and the diagnostic data collection. The aim was to bring together official and economic data from the entire pig production chain in terms of content and technology in order to identify optimisation possibilities in animal husbandry and to use these to improve animal health and animal welfare. In the current QS-Report Meat and Meat Products, we report in detail.
In addition, the autumn issue brings you up to date on the current status of diagnostic data collection for poultry and introduces you to the new offers from QS in the area of e-learning.
