The 65th edition of the International Congress of Meat Science and Technology (ICoMST) will take place in Potsdam/Berlin from 4 to 9 August 2019. This year, QS will be represented at the event for the first time with an information stand and will also act as a sponsor. At the QS stand, congress participants will be able to obtain comprehensive information on the subject of quality assurance in the meat and meat products value chain.
At ICoMST 2019, under the motto Meat for diversifying markets
this year, congress participants will be offered a broad supporting programme of numerous lectures, workshops and panel discussions on current topics from the entire supply chain.
Meat and meat products are becoming an integral part of ever more diversified markets worldwide. In this context, scenarios about future developments and options in a globalized world have to be considered. Various key topics, such as consumer behaviour, ethics, food safety, muscle biology, animal welfare, digitisation and current topics give congress participants the opportunity to gain a comprehensive insight into the current market situation.
