As an alternative to participation via a QS certification according to the QS Guideline Logistics, a participation can also take place via a certificate recognised by QS. This includes:
- IFS Logistics,
- IFS Food an
- IFS Cash & Carry/Wholesale.
In addition, the following certifications are recognized for transport of unpacked, loose potatoes and onions as bulk goods/goods in bulk packs:
- GMP+ (scope road transport)
- QS Guidline Feed Sector (production scope road transport)
The participation via a recognized certificate takes place by the responsible certification body entering the runtime of the IFS or GMP+ certificate in the QS database.
Logistics companies that want to transport or store QS goods must be registered in the QS database for the production scope logistics (84) (exception: certification according to the QS Guideline Feed Sector (production scope road transport) for the transport of loose onions and potatoes).
