QS has published a new supporting document for its scheme participants from the feed sector to support their incident and crisis management. This is intended to support companies in the event of an incident or crisis and provide assistance on necessary procedures and measures to be taken.

Fourth part of the QS series published in "Eurofruit”

QS scheme manual of 2019 released
Since 17 December 2018, the guidelines valid as of 2019 can be viewed and downloaded on the QS website . In addition, the checklists for audits , which will be carried out from 1st January 2019, will also be available there.
Additional control plan Aflatoxin B1 revised
The additional control plan Aflatoxin B1 was revised with effect from 17 December 2018. The revised version includes new risk ratings for three countries of origin.

QS Database – Optimised presentation of eligibility of delivery
The way the search results in the scheme participant search function of the QS database are presented, has been further optimised. From now on, the respective location’s eligibility of delivery, which appears in the search results, will be identified with the colours red and green.

At the end of 2018, the transitional period for the review of meat and meat products service providers will expire. Starting in 2019, companies that store QS meat and meat products on behalf of other companies must have a QS eligbility of delivery in the QS database.
